Terms and Conditions – Metropole Apartments Bucharest

The below terms and conditions apply to the accommodation services offered by:

By booking and staying at Metropole Apartments Bucharest, you agree to the following terms:

  • Check-in & Check-out
    • Check-in: From 15:30.
    • Check-out: Until 11:00.
    • Early check-in or late check-out, for up to two hours, may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charge of 20 Eur.
  • Booking & Payment
    • Full payment is required prior to arrival unless otherwise stated in the rate type description and confirmation letter.
    • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, or cash.
    • Cancellation policies vary the rate you have selected. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us for more details prior to making a reservation.
  • House Rules
    • No smoking inside the apartments.
    • No parties or events allowed.
    • Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.
    • Guests must respect the property and neighbors.
    • Pets are not allowed.
    • For safety reasons, luggage cannot be stored before or after your stay at the Metropole Apartments. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to thoroughly check all spaces in the apartment to ensure no personal items are left behind.
  • Child Policies
    • Children 3 and above will be charged as adults at this property.
    • Cribs and extra beds aren’t available.
    • To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.
  • Liability & Damages
    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. If any damages or malfunctions occur during your stay, please do not attempt to fix it yourself. Instead, let us know immediately or at the earliest possible time. Our technicians are on standby exactly for these situations.
    • Metropole Apartments is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings. For your and your belongings safety, please ensure that the entry door is closed / locked at all times when entering and leaving the apartment. Do not share the access codes with anyone else other than the persons staying with you.
